Although these findings regarding the LGB older adult population are very important, it is advisable to observe that most of the individuals during these scholarly studies recognized as lesbian or homosexual. As noted, 52 % for the general LGB community identify as bisexual (Moore, 2015); thus, these studies aren’t representative associated with the LGB community all together. Moreover, grouping these unique populations together might not capture the experience that is true of bisexual older adult.
